Nice Resource, but now you have given away all our (the rest of the sniper crews) favorite hiding spots, so everyone will be finding us now!!!!!!!

Knoweledge is a two edged sword.....hopely the us snipers will not impailed on this one.

You don't need a "spot" to snipe. I've seen some very good bunnyhopping snipers that kill people out in the open - they can partially aim while in the air (they don't loose their scope which I think is a bug).

I agree with your reasons for avoiding most of the original poster’s spots. In fact, I don’t use ANY of those. You and I probably use a lot of the same spots on Kark, but I ain’t tellin. The only time I ever get on top a building is on Sharqi, where the roof of the building next to the construction site can be reached BEFORE any enemies are in sight and is easily defended by claymores, with lines of sight in all directions. If you stay alert and NEVER stand up, your only worries are nades and the enemy chopper. You can usually stay out of sight of the chopper (spot him, but don’t shoot at him like an idiot) and pick off potential naders as they approach. Based on stats, I’m not nearly as good as you, but I do alright.

If we’re talking about the same guy (October), he IS a crack shot, BUT he’s one the worst bunny hoppers I’ve ever seen. Think of that “mine..mine…mine” video with the tards bouncing across the map.

I don't normally use obvious sniper spots, often I'll be lurking under an empty vehicle, behind my own infantry, or lying on top of an empty tank (doesn't happen very often, that :p ) I'm kind of the run and gun sniper type.
However, I see what the tactical advantages in these spots are, I just don't like staying in one spot waiting for enemies, I tend to come to THEM.

There IS one sniper spot I love, since I have not ONCE been killed or even spotted there. It's on Sharqi Peninsula, and it only works if you have a decent team. (16p version is super for this, although 32 and 64 work too, you just don't get as many kills)


Pick your favorite sniper rifle/rifle, and prone on top of the low wall. If you do it correctly you'll have a perfect view over the crossing, and all the dudes running out of their spawn. Since most of the infantry will go running for construction site, you either catch them running at a steady pace from left to right, coming at you frontally going for the stairs(REAL easy headshots), or reviving fallen teammates on the square (even easier DOUBLE headshots).
The only downside is the road behind you, but as it tends to be used mostly by vehicles that just rush past you, it's no real problem, plus you can drop off the wall and hide.

I think karkland map has got to the stage where everybody knows the sniping spots.When i'm sniper i go round taking positions on all the favourite spots...THERE'S ALWAYS SOMEBODY THERE!!!

i have the best sniper spot that u cant even get me with artillary but it usally only works with the us team unless u steal the us chopper and the enemy can only get there buy stealing the us blackhawk. its the best ever in karkand. i cant play on the net cause my ping is like 2000 lol. so i just play single or over wireless with my bro. if any wants to no pm me or so

yes but on like i think size 32 u get a blackhawk ( transport chopper) u need it to get where the the place is
