How do they ruin the game when other players stats don't affect yours?
If it wasn't for the cheaters, you would probably rank higher.

What are you basing this on? I have 30,000 points to go until my next rank up. I doubt these so-called "cheaters" stoeled 30,000 of my points.

Example: If you rank 8th on the list, and 3 players that are ahead of you are cheaters, you would rank 5th if it wasn't for them. Get it?

You still haven't answered my question of where all these cheaters are if I haven't seen them in over 200 hours of playing the game.

I'm constantly dealing with stats padders and cheaters during my game play. It seems that everybody else is aware of it except you. If you haven't seen them while playing, at least you can recognize them from their stats, with the tip I gave at the beginning of this thread.
            Peace.

why do you care about stat padders? the only reason for me is that they unfairly get their weapon unlocks, but even that is not that big of a deal

Imagine you are at school and some cheaters are constantly getting better scores than you, more unlocks, awards etc. Would you care?

School actually matters in life and, at least at my university, final marks are chosen based on the marks distribution of the class.

Battlefield 2, in contrast, doesn't matter at all in real life.

Worst enemy and victim. The guys is good I give him that but I have no doubt in my mind that he padded for a couple awards. He was my top enemy not too long ago. Fact is I found him as a 2nd leutenant in a Newbie Server. Where new players would play to get to know the game and play with people on their level. (I was a noob back then too)

The guys is an ******* and the victim enemy thing just shows that more then likely he statpadded.

Playing in newbie servers to rack up kills isn't stat padding, it's just dirty. I don't think anyones stats should be wiped because they play dirty.

Sure it does. You spend real time of your real life playing this game, so getting reawrded for you your skill and efforts should be expected here too.

Analogy: You go to a football game and some idiot keeps standing up in front of you and tells you that you're a noob or whatever because you complain to him. Then you complain to Guest Relations an they kick his dumb *** out.

Having some Beavis and Buttheads come along that cheapen your accomplishments and experience and waste your money ruins it for everyone.

I guess I just never felt proud enough of made up stats in a video game to care if someone else spent less time getting the same imaginary numbers as me.
