I wish there was a prone delay. I don't care if they can kill us all day with a PKM like this. I just don't want them to plop flat on the ground and take me out when I've shot them 4 times (I think, at least it looks like I did).
I've gotten 1shotkilled more than i care to remember but i chalk it up to bad netcode ie while i only see the other guy fire at once he really sprayed more but the the animations/sounds just lagged enough.

If he prones and he's trying to shoot you most of the time just jumping over him or to the side of him you'll have about three or four seconds to shoot him.

its possible that he could be hacking, but maybe that one shot was really 4 shots since sometimes ppl who dont look like theyre shooting but tehy are and u can shoot while going prone..so in that time he couldve pulled off 4 shots which doesnt take that long
