    BF2 spawning system

I dont like it how when your invading a flag you have to worrie about respawning enemies, i think it's a burden for both factions. When the enemy spawns he will most likely be spawn camped, but those that are not killed when they spawn might be able to stop the people trying to cap the flag. I believe they shoulf fix this to provide funner more realistic warlike gameplay. Here is my idea:

There should not be a respawn wait time, people should spawn imidiately after they die at the mian base. This will promote defending a flag after capture until reinforcements arive. Once rienforcments arive then they can orginize an attack on the next flag, or if they have enough tickets just defend the flag they already have. This will also promote the use of transport vehicles for infantry wanting to get to the battle. I believe that this system of gameplay will greatly enhance the bf2 playing experience.

I think thats lame. I hate it that you can be spawn killed period. Infact that don't bother me near as bad as some ass hat commander who is artying one base every second his arty recharged, that or a damn tank who refuses to capture a base but just drive back and fourth shooting you.
I think that the respawn should left where it is but make it so when you spawn in for about 10 seconds as long you don't move, you are protected from spawn kills.

great idea for realism play, however flawed for arcade play on public servers...the arcade style enemy will imediatly camp the main for esy kills

also you forgot to note that this would eliminate the need for the medic class....there would be no one to revive (which for realism's sake sure) but i def wouldnt want it that way...

second if you died by arty and then intantly respawned in the same spot guess what...2 arty deaths...im guessing you could prolly die 3-4 times by a single arty bombardment...assuming you originally died at a spawn point...

also karkand esp...if there is an apc guarding the spawn point they could easily rack up an enormous amount of points by simply continuously firing at the spawn position...you and your buddies would get an enormous amount of deaths because of the second or two it takes to get started after you spawn...

          how much would that sux!?

            Re: BF2 spawning system

Respawning at the main base only works in a game like DoD with relatively small maps. If you had to keep spawning kilometres away you'd spend most of your time walking around not doing anything. Booooooooring...
