Gimp, a chopper does not gain altitude with autorotation. It still goes down, but at least its controllable and it doesnt "fall".

Yeah, I know. It also doesn't drop like a rock, tho.

Think of it as gliding with a plane.

For BF2 I hope DICE will make the chopper crap itsself as soon as you leave the pilots seat. Meaning- total destabilization, "reloading" for that engine (like it does at takeoff), but with a mild level of autorotation.

Beat it lizard, everyone has their ways, we're not going to change them purely because of how you feel :)

Usually I ask "Are there any decent co-pilots here?" anyways..

you are right, you are going to change your ways because of how the MAKERS(DICE) feel!!! lol

solo piloting is weak. grab a team member and teach them. i for one understand how frustrating a bad gunner can be. i will even solo gun when i can't get a gunner at all. but there is no way i'll boundary kill my bad gunner and there is no way i'll avoid picking up a gunner and if people ask for a pickup and i'm available i will. hell i'm not even mad if they just use me as transport and jump out later. deal with it. stop making solo gunning a viable strategy to try and work at. you are lame and are just trying to justify how cool you are to people that don't care.

ffs, if people only worked this hard at improving other players we'd all be better for it.
