No way they would even try that. Would cost to much besides you can just go to your freiends house and log on using his CD and play 100% legit. Or you lost your CDs and bought new ones. If you don't mention your name there's no way for them to wipe you. But at the same time, if you don't post the name people won't bid 'cause it's like buying a cat in a bag.

Stats are serious business. Definitely worth $$$ for a "top 10" aviator account, lmfao.

That last ebay sale that went for $600+ is still active with the same amount of points, on www.bf2rankedservers.com there was discusiion about the possible resetting but no real answer, some of the admins said you shouldn't but it WILL NOT get reset, some said it would. No official response from EA.

Anyway there was plenty of schoolgirls that reported it there, it was funny so many people cared

Electronic Arts does not recognize or condone any outside service that may be used for the exchange of points, assets or attributes that you may accumulate as a result of participating in the Service or playing your EA game. This includes the exchange of points or EA Elite cards on services including eBayâ„¢ or Yahoo! â„¢ Auctions. We don't assume any responsibility for, and won't support, such transactions. ALWAYS USE CAUTION WHEN EXCHANGING ASSETS ON THESE SERVICES!

Re: About the selling of accounts

Exactly "always use caution" is very ambiguous and doesn't prove anything. Thats what i am getting at EA havent given the definative answer yet, so sell your account at your own risk (or the buyers risk more like)

Yea I'm really not concerned with my stats or what people think of me. I play the game for fun, and I know many people dont have time to build up their stats, so I'm giving them an opportunity to get going with weapon unlocks, higher commander priority, awards etc.

Besides I already have another account that I havent played since the last patch (Aircolony)

But if you don't give the buyer the account name then they're probably won't bid because they don't know your stats

I believe like 3 people said that already.

Not true! I know of 2 guys playing bought accounts and have not had any problems. They were definitely not listed on Ebay though. What noobs.
