You know, cheat websites/hack websites aren't illegal, yeah MSX making these hacks and the noobs who waste cash on them to use them in BF2, it is annoying and it is pointless but I do not think they can be shut down, but if they commit acts like ID fraud or other crimes then its a different story but I don't know how PB can shut down cheat websites, under what act or rule? im just wondering.Comment

MSX, as always will be detected in a couple days. They lie to their potential customers so you buy, but trust me when I say all you are getting is recoded public hacks that will be banned very soon.Comment

With every round, more and more cheaters are being hit with PBHW bans and are stripped outta the community. It's also been taking MSX longer to put out cheats than it does for PB to nail 'em.
There's only been 3 major cheat packages released in the time that BF2 has been out. Each has been rendered useless within a month.

Well, I don't know. When you played Bf2 a while all the regular stuff is getting boring. Like stats, ranks etc. So if there was a hack I didn't have to pay for and nobody would know I would certainly check it out just to get some fun out of it. I really wouldn't care much if my stats got reset tomorrow. Remember you keep your unlocks. I would think that some people feel about this the same way. This is also why I think cheats will always be there but will only be a minor irritation.
PS: I wouldn't say PB is staying ahead, it's the difference between curing a disease and preventing a disease in advance.Comment
