Well, i still dont feel like having to reinstal windows just to be able to play BF2 coz i have alot of crap i dont want to get rid of, anyway im going try to connect to a server now, i've cleaned out all the viruses/spware/adware, its worth a try. Still if it doesnt work someone plz plz help!

please don't go reformating your computer because of this! Google it, check other forums. I don't know how much research you've done, but do MORE. It's a chance to learn more!

I had the same problem,and now a couple of others have it in my clan...its to do with bf2 not seeing u as the administrator of your pc,something like that...i let me m8 do remote access and he solved it straight away...if ur willing to give me control of your pc i could sort it..lol jokes m8

oh and reinstaling windows doesnt solve the problem trust me///

I thought it was my spyware too, so I turned it off, and it was working for a while but when I got into a different server...same bs. And even when I did get it to work with the spyware blocker off, I kept getting kicked to the desktop anyways because of pop-ups.

get that and press scan if nothing is found press restore policy then restart ur comp thats how i fixed it

hey guys i did that VX2 Finder thing with Ad-Aware and the actual VX2 Finder program and recieved this for the Ad-Aware 'Posssible new VX2 variant file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\fp6s03j7e.dll' and this for the VX2 Finder 'Log for VX2.BetterInternet File Finder (msg126)

dammm thing yeah it says on mine thats its found loads of whaat appears to be random DLL files....i cant beleive this how can it just "NOT WORK" iam thinking of legal action!

Ok i have found the sollution. It worked for me and it should for you.


1.) Download this file.

2.) It should download a file called PBNTRights.exe onto ur desktop.

3.) Click on the file and a window will pop-up, click browse and choose Desktop, then click Unzip, it should extract two files called:

-NTrights.cmd
-NTrights.exe

4.) Right click on NTrights.cmd and click modify. It should say:

Rem Replace Tester with the limited user account name
ntrights.exe -u Tester +r SeDebugPrivilege
ntrights.exe -u Tester +r SeLoadDriverPrivilege
ntrights.exe -u Tester +r SeSecurityPrivilege
ntrights.exe -u Tester +r SeSystemEnvironmentPrivilege
ntrights.exe -u Tester +r SeProfileSingleProcessPrivilege
pause

Replace all "Tester" with your account name.

"Ex; My account name is Ripstein, i replaced all the "Tester" with Ripstein

Rem Replace Tester with the limited user account name
ntrights.exe -u Ripstein +r SeDebugPrivilege
ntrights.exe -u Ripstein +r SeLoadDriverPrivilege
ntrights.exe -u Ripstein +r SeSecurityPrivilege
ntrights.exe -u Ripstein +r SeSystemEnvironmentPrivilege
ntrights.exe -u Ripstein +r SeProfileSingleProcessPrivilege
pause

After it should look like that.

5.) Save it and click out of it, then double click NTrights.cmd.
A basic looking window should pop-up and start to write out things automatically, there will be several paragraphs and under each paragraph it should say:

Granting -------------Privelage to ----- . . .Succesful

Then it will prompt you to press any key to continue, do so and the window will close automatically. Then sign out of ur account and then log back in and you will be able to play BF2 for as long as you like.

But if it says

Granting -------------Privelage to ----- . . .Failed

Then you didnt modify the NTrights.cmd file properly, go back and modify it the way i showed, reclick NTrights.cmd and it will say ...succesful

If you didnt understand any part of that tell me and i will explain more clearly.

I finally found something that works as well (the NTrights thing wouldn't work for me). Go into google and search for l2mfix there's instructions usually when you find it. It looks like another one of those really primative window programs. It takes a few mintues and I'm not sure if you have to do it everytime, but even if you do have to run it everytime its worth it. I was starting to feel like one of those fat ladies trying to lose weight, (you know the type, "i've tried everything but nothing works") but this worked for me. Good luck.

iam seriously beggining to question whether it is worth it .... i mnea BF2 is a well gd game but all the things people have suggested soo far havent worked for me... this is the most annoying and frustrating thing that my pc has ever done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
