Contact RevolutiOn; I believe he's done it for several people. Another option would be using an internet cafe that runs SF.

No internet cafes near you that run games? Did you try PMing RevolutiOn (or were you not serious about that)?

Sergeant i already have 3 unlocks but i thought just by buying the game and playing for a while they will give you an unlock

The slow stats server has to update with your SF stats. Took me about twelve hours to actually get the unlocks.
