In order to unlock the Scarl and the L96A1 do i need to purchase Special Forces or can they be unlock without sf?

and if i dont have to buy the game what do i have to do??

You need SF for the Scar-L. I'm not so sure about the L96 though.

Same for L96A1.
You need SF for the second unlock of every class(ex. P90, MP7, Scar-L,..)

Although you don't need to OWN SF. You simply need to log into the BFHQ using SF. So you can do it using your nick on a friends PC if they have SF running.

You will be able to use the L96 only while playing euro team on euro maps. So the answer is no. And yes the L96 is worth the 30 bucks you will pay for SF...

EF doesn't give you the chance to get any unlocks.
To get all unlocks you just have to have played SF and BF2. (and rank up of course)

Yes, you need to log into your account with SF enabled to unlock the 2nd tier weapons. It is worth it to buy SF, I'm very happy with it despite others. I think you will be able to unlock the 2nd tier weapons with Euro Force but I'm not sure as I don't own it.

i dont think u need SF to get the unlocks since theyre compatible w/ bf2. I dont have SF yet i have the F2000, SCAR-L, etc. and Euro forces unlocks (P90, L96A1) u dont have to have Euro Forces to get it.

You need to have at least 1 sec of playtime on SF to get the second unlocks for each class.
Ex. F2000, P90, Scar-L, L96A1, MG36, G36E, and the MP7
