    Right click on desktop ->Properties ->Settings -> Advanced -> Click on Video Card Tab (ex: mine is GeForce 7800GTX) -> Screen Resolutions & Refresh Rate
    If you do not have it, I believe your monitor does not support it, in which case I would suggest NOT unlocking it.
