The last couple nights I've been getting killed a lot by SAWs. I didn't think they were tweaked, but I've gotten killed by people firing from the hip when it doesn't seem like I should. I'm talking a quick burst and I'm dead.

Again, if you mean at very close range, the SAW dominates there. At close range even standing up the cone of fire is small enough that its lack of accuracy compared to other weapons doesn't hurt it; the huge rate of fire kills. (The SAW, along with all the LMGs, had its overall accuracy improved in 1.2 and had its firing-while-moving accuracy improved in 1.22.)

Iron sights mode is almost useless. Quite simply, dont use IS mode on the PKM.

Dunno what your problem is, I almost always use iron sights on the PKM, and I've had no trouble hitting even distant targets.

Therefore the G36C kicks its butt. But the G36C lacks accuracy at full auto in medium ranges.

Actually the G36C is more accurate than most of the assault rifles, as are all the carbines, but the G36 guns also have VERY low recoil. If anything they're some of the most accurate guns in full-auto. The problem is that the shot power sucks, only 25 damage per hit, which ties with the US/China carbines and LMGs, and beats only the SMGs.

Hey, if I can out-snipe snipers with the G36C, it's pretty damn accurate to me. One thing about the carbines or any other gun for that matter- I'd never use it to spray unzoomed- it seems that you'll just be firing the bullets at random, the gun is a lot more controlled when zoomed and in prone or crouch.
