Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
Some guy telling EA should wipe the guy stats for example, but he doesn't care for rank and all that, well then you do care for rank, as much as the next person, I personally couldn't care less, some people have money to spend and the guy buying probally has a very high-end machine, for me the game and the expansion packs were expensive, so if I had a colonel rank and I was tired of the game, damn right i'd sell it.
Rather impressive stats, you could see that the original owner was a real bf2 player and a good one.
Since when does the Chinese race ceased to be a race?
lol, this guy hasnt started a new trens...ppl been selling their BF2 accounts on ebay for a while now.....and other online games since forever...
just proof rank means nothing about skill....some noob buys an account and automatically has the right to call others of lower rank a noob lol....love that
why ppl want to call the buyers 'smacktards', and eagerly awaiting their stats being reset?? grow up....
Screw it all, there is nothing wrong with people selling their work if someone out there is willing to buy it. The people that are selling this stuff know in their hearts that is it all synthetic and that they know what they have earned and are worth inside.
It is nice to see that someone can recoup what they have put into the game after hours of their lives lost and money spent on a gaming rig.
If you're from China, you're a Chinese national. Yet, you're also chinese. You're chinese in both sense. You could say "Asian" if you want...yet that includes all of the middle-east and parts of Russia, and the more commonly thought of "Asia" (Japan, China).
So. Unlike in the states. The two aren't commonly seperated around the globe. Need more examples? Russia, Germany, Finnland, etc. etc.

I don't see how their BF2 Account counts as "intellectual Property"
he didn't 'create' this character? He used preset functions of the Game that were designed by DICE to be able to achieve the level that he has.
He didn't create anything new or unique and he sure as heck didn't 'create' the code that allowed him to do so.
Purchasing a "pre-made" account/character is the same as any other way to cheat the system and I think EA/DICE has every right to not only reset stats but issue hardware ban on both the seller and the buyer.

You can whine about account sales all you want but EA has already made the following statement
"...Electronic Arts does not recognize or condone any outside service that may be used for the exchange of points, assets or attributes that you may accumulate as a result of participating in the Service or playing your EA game. This includes the exchange of points or EA Elite cards on services including eBay™ or Yahoo! ™ Auctions. We don't assume any responsibility for, and won't support, such transactions. Always use caution when exchanging assets on these services!
You further agree that these rules will apply to anyone that you allow to use your service account or user ID, and that you are personally responsible for the consequences (including termination of your account) that may result if any such person breaks these rules..."
So quit your moaning, you are just jealous because somebody can afford to buy something that you would have to work for.

Means nothing...EA still has the right to wipe these accounts without an explanation just to make a point.
Jealous?? HA! I think not. Why would I be jealous of some a$$hat who purchases some account to make himself look good.
It only serves to show what the BF community has sunk to since the stats system was introduced.
It puts a black stain on all that is BF.
A smear on the on the reputation of a series of games that set itself apart from the childish antics and gameplay of games like CS, Quake and UT.
The stats system allowed for all the riffraff from those games to infiltrate a series of games that they actually stayed away from because they didn't like the gameplay. But all it took was a way for people to have their "name in lights". A so-called 'leader board' for all the exploiters to strive for.
The Stats system is a joke. Portrays nothing of what a person's ability is. Only how much time in a day they have to play Karkand.
The simple fact that all the point whores only play 1 map shows that the game AND the stats system is inherently flawed.
All your doing by supporting this auction is bringing this game down.
I can't wait for PoE2, FH and DCom to come out and the only people left in Vanilla BF2 will be the smaktards who care about their points. Then they can all point whore against each other.
Read this and weep people
I found this in a thread on BF2RS about {TA} Firestorm. on page 2
It's a quote from the letter a person receives when they get their stats wiped. (Post #45)
Pay close attention to paragraph 5:
Profiteering in the form of account farming or the reselling of player profiles is not permitted. This is in violation of your end user license agreement, the EA Terms of Service and the IGN User Agreement. Player profiles are the property of EA and IGN and are not transferable either free or for exchange of currency. This is because that by reselling the player profile, the new owner of the account cannot be held legally responsible for the terms and conditions of use since they were not able to accept these terms before assuming the availability of play. A player profile is YOUR responsibility. You are held completely responsible for whatever happens to this profile by you or by other users of the profile.
As I said, EA has every right to wipe the account that is being auctioned.
Suckers.
Since the fact that Chinese is NOT the Race. It a nationality and/or culture.
The proper names for the 3 races are:
Caucasoid, Mongoloid, Negroid.
actually the Chinese people classify themselves "Han", and don't clump Chinese and Japanese together, it's like classifying Israleis and Palestaines together.
