I got a little POed 
at EA for allowing cheaters and hackers into the BF2 arena. So I found the number here http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=ERTS and I was forwarded to the tech support department. I then talk to a rep about the ongoing cheating/hacking and the rep said he is going to forward that info to the appropriate department. I have also let the rep know that there are many videos and screen shots that prove that cheaters exist. Also another problem I mentioned to him was that the Net code of the game was horrible and causing huge packet loss (I'm using lowest net setting for smaller packets) at a mer 50ms ping and that other games I play on line work very fast at 50ms ping. The fact that I'm on a 6Mbps up/down my packet loss would not exist and my ping would definitely be lower! This is the game that I want to play because I have spent close to $90 total for the Spec Ops and BF2 together! The fact remains that people who hack are just people who lost a lot and wanted to win and thus sought after an alternative source called cheating/hacking. All the people with the colored names are hackers indeed and those in the super high ranks have hacked their way there! (those who have not hacked and are high ranked, this does not pertain to you.) It is sad and I needed to do something about it. Anyhow, goto video.google.com to see proof of cheaters. :evil:
