Being shot by someone running, jumping then rolling and firing one shot at 200meters is probably the most irrealistic thing I have seen on that game

thats not unrealistic at all

its called a lucky shot. bullet deviation doesn't mean there are no bullets. you just got in the way of the bullet

Wargimp, I do agree that the aim behind AA was maybe not the best (I'm not american BTW), and I have my reserve on their external politic, which is not the place to discuss, but the game was good. Not perfect, but good. Oh and, BF2 wouldn't have to improve a lot to be better, but there's some issues thought.

Interesting times we live in where someone like I could make a rant like that and people just sit around doing the :nod: thing.

I was fully expecting to take a bunch of heat over that comment and was prepaired to back up and explain that it was intentionally inflamitory simply because I've got a bone to pick with any agency that using that kind of roachbait makerting to make people think that war is fun... but apparently such an explination/appology isn't needed.

Why does that worry me even more?

Do you realize what forums you just posted on? this is a Battlefield 2 website. meaning the people on here LOVE BF2. yeah, the game could be way better than it is. but it isnt, and its okay (for the most part) and we dont care (for the most part). so if I was you, I'd go to another site, say a AA site or something, and complain about BF2 over there to people who will listen and care about what you have to say.

Yeah my point was to see people convicing me that I was wrong, not telling me that I'm stupid. You may have better arguments than any one, but if you don't want to here about deception nor needs for improvement, you don't debate anything and stick statu-quo.

Surprising not see someone telling me something like... " Hey calm down!!! I know the game can sometimes be very frustrating, but stick to it and you'll see much better things and you'll get to understand it better. It's the heat of the moment who made you angry, take a break and come back later"

Some of your points are valid, i guess. However, BF2 is a game and personally i'm not interested in too much realism. I like my arcade view of war. I played AA when it first came out and found it too slow paced, i was always killed in the beginning then had to sit there for 10 mins until the end of the round. I like to run and gun which aint realistic but is fun and i thank BF2 for allowing me to do this. And yes, unless you follow the general consensus u tend to get flamed on this forum,but hey, its 1 of the most active forums out there and i'm thankful for that.

edit: not sure y you crash to desktop...i dont have that prob

Whoppedee do, please go away, we don't care. if you want toal realism, here it is: Medics get to play a mini-game to dress wounds. Get shot once, you start to bleed to death. Tanks and jets get fuel. You get to spend half the game giving debriefings to your superiors. no respwans. ever. 1 life per account, thats it. no revives. pick one kit, and thats the only kit that acount can use. only pilots and drivers can drive their respective vehicles (hmmves, LRVs, etc, excluded) takes 3 guys to drive an abrams. The T-90 dies in one hit from the U.S. tank. You can get reprimanded for disobeying orders, and possibly "die" (dishonorably discharged). Do i have to go on?

AA is fun, but it doesnt have all of the features of BF2.

You have to understand, these forums see quite a bit of trollish actions and folks just are sick of it. Thus, when someone derides the game they've gathered here to yap about, their attitude becomes hostial rather than understanding.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to hit a soldier in the head (One Shot) After jumping/rolling because of the enegry loss. You might hit near them, but hit them i think not.
