If I may offer up a less violent and, in terms of tickets and points, costly solution, why not just let your side know what's up. That some baby is throwing a tantrum about being beat in a foot race to one of the most valuable pieces of equipment in the game and that you're not going to move and cost your team tickets and, better yet, yourself points.
With any luck an admin will boot him, or another teammate will do your dirty work... however I suppose it could backfire if they decide you're in the wrong by camping the jet and nuke your ass.
