I just pictured that scene from one of the Indiana Jones movies where that guy does all those crazy moves with a sword and Indy pulls out his gun and shoots him.

If I see you running from a distance at me with a knife, I will wip out mine and prepare to stab you, but if you suddently appear in front of me, no time to think, 12 gauge shell right in your face.

I'd pull out my shock paddles and give you an electric facelift

Especially since the shock paddles have a longer range than the knife

Depends on the mood. If I'm playing for fun I'll take out the knife. If I'm lazy I'll doubletap.

But chances are I'm either too busy to be bothered with a knife-fight or I'm kinda frustrated, so I'd usually shoot you.

Knife fights are too silly to pass up.

Chances are one or both of us will be shot in the back while trying to kill each other though.

I answered "drop you with my rifle" because theres risk u get killed by another enemy or a teammate kills the guy ur knifing but if im in a "not so common" part on the map ill surely drop my rifle to knife fight. (happens most of the time when im sniper and encounter another sniper)
