for some reason I don't, well, actualy the reason is, I can't get it, and I stoped trying, don't care abou the expert explosives, only way to get it is to play lame as hell (claymore whoring, jihaad jeep, ...) .

I got the Veteran on a 64 player, did it by blowing up all the tanks and apcs but I ended up not getting it because the server crashed, tried again and just managed to get the basic explosives at 1-2 tickets left. Getting 37 is a joke.
