You have to put back in the ability to lauch C4..what you have to change is make so theres a time till the detonator can be used..like 2 sec.
That will make it impossble to C4/Chuck kill..
But it will make Spec Ops a "more" useful class.
Since the elimination of C4 chucking seeing Spec Ops let alone seeing a non-jihad C4 tank kill are much more rare.
It was more fun to say the least..you had a sizeable chance against tanks, and with there power on the playfield as is.

Whats the worse that could happen, and how much better could it be?
throw C4, .5 sec, clcik to detonator, 1 sec, run...2 sec pass..boom....
