well i say win xp pro 64 for is the best Bf2 runs so much quicker, and everything just runs smoother. The best way to do it is have one hard drive running xp home and then another running xp pro 64 thats my set up now!

I keep meaning to update my sig but keep forgetting to!

im with you buddy, 2 hdd, with xp pro on 1 and x64 on the other, cant beat a x64 bit chip

yeh i did it because i have GCSE course work on my home drive and all my games on my 64 bit drive. But when vista comes out ill format home with vista as i wont need my GCSE course work saved on it!

I ran Windows 64 bit for a while, then deleted it and went back to XP home. It was alright, but I didn't see any performance gain in the programs I run.

Went from XP Pro to XPro 64. No problems here. Built a gaming rig to game. The first apps that will use a 64bit OS will be games. Build for the future. I have had no problems finding drivers and apps. Don't use 64 if if you have a ton of older games you still play. For that I have my lesser boxes.

i see a performance gain. 3dmark06 goes up 200. Thats with the same drivers just made for x64

You should also note that 3dmark06 doesnt have a 64bit mode, if it did I would expect those figures to jump quite a bit.
