    Yes, but this isn't a small, incremental jump. It's a massive move and dx10 has nothing in common with dx9.

        Will there be any DX10 cards that will be mid range? Like the equiv pricing to a 7600GT? As if so, i might wait... wait how long is it till DX10 is out?

                ati 9700 was the first card to support dx9 that was released at least 8 months before dx9was released

                only the top 2 ati cards supported dx9 at that stage i will be expecting the same of dx10
