Most routers have a reset button that will set factory defaults back including removing the password. Look for a small hole and use a paperclip or toothpick to push it and hold for 10 seconds or so.

Did you try the suggestion from Talus:
Open command box and type "ipconfig"

Also, do you know the name/type of the router?

Omg I Fixed It!!! I Just Typed In My Ip Address And Worked!!! Bless U Talus!

Also...people need to read more....I explained what I need and ppl keep telling me how to get my IP Address.
