Sorry, I made a mistake. Lighting and shadows are both set to low. The game still looks good though. Although I strongly believe I can get alot more out of my X300SE with more ram.

yeah that's not gonna happen. You're gonna need a better video card to use high settings. But getting more ram will make Windows faster in general :)
And just for curiosity, can you take a screenshot of what it looks like in-game to you right now? And type renderer.showfps 1 in the console so we can see the fps

Definately need a better card...your card was designed to get you into the lobby, now you need a card that invites you upstairs and into the penthouse. :)
