Hey guys,

im going to be selling my pc, probs on ebay just wondering how much you would pay for it, even if you dont want to buy it how much would you buy it for?

prefrebly in £'s but $'s is okay....

Specs:

3.0ghz p4
9800pro 128mb
1024mb ddr memory
antec case (350watt psu)
p4p800e deluxe
80gb hd

You could get a Hundred bucks. Thats if you have it nice and clean. Also a fresh reinstall of a Windows is highly recommended on a new harddrive. Do not send your old drive out with the machine. You will have to purchase a new harddrive to send out with the machine, you should never release the stock drive to anyone without knowing who they are. Honestly, there is not really a good market for used pc's. Considering you can go to any retail store and purchase a brand spanking new one for $450.00 with a faster processor and same ram and a manufactures warranty.

Seriously, dont sell it. Keep for an extra rig, backup pc's are not a big deal till you need it. I have 3 rig in my house and they are all functional and are capable of playing bf2. If you really want to get rid of the pc, be a good guy and find someone who really needs it, like a single mother in school, with no money to purchase a decent pc. I dont know how old you are, but if you do hook a girl up with a pc, you may get your floppy booted.

You guys need to consider that parts in the UK are more expensive than in the US.

exactly.. a p4 3.0 is £117.44 here and that gpu is £80 and ram is £60

You still need to factor in the parts being used 15-25% markdown i would guess, and the fact they are all obsolete. Sure you can sell the parts for a competitive price, but that doesnt take into consideration that its all outdated.

I would take the new price for all of those parts, and subtract 30%+ and see where you end up. i dont know UK pricing, but for the US you would be very lucky to get $500, more like 400ish.

'get your floppy booted ' lool... but maybe his mother is single and needs the money too soooooooo sell it... or keep it...i stand for keeping it more but you're not gonna do that... i'd say aboutt 300-400 pounds i guess.. 500 if you're lucky :)

id keep it as for me the 9800 maybe a turnoff from anyone buying it as its an old card

But at the current specs id say &#163;500 to &#163;700 on ebay. ONE TIP make it look good as the ebay pc market in the UK is quite BIG!
