*drools at pictures* wish i had a new comp ... im thinking of "inheriting" my brothers other computer (it has a 5200 ) but it can handle 8X agp..has 1gig of ram and a 3.0ghz processor...and it could run the demo pretty well

I really don't have any bf2 screenies, so here's a cs:s one instead. Unfortunately, I had to compress the hell outta it so the quality isn't that great.

^On a little side note here I just noticed again how the community is between css and bf2 - read the chat...

I can run most on high and get about high 40ish fps but as son as I get into some congested areas it goes down quite badly. That's why I run on1 024x728 @ 75Hz most medium with some high, for example geo, +4xAA and 8apostronic(spelling like crap) filtering whilst recieving 45ish fps in a 64 player karkand match south of the hotel flag.
On Iron though I get like 19fps ...bummer

Check out the tweakguide - it really doesn't make much difference on most setting if you go down to med instead of high.

The cryengine is the engine that is going to be used in Crysis, from the makers of FarCry. It's the first DirectX10 game that I know of.
