i need people to tell me if either of these motherboards will work and which one is better for bf2 and the video card and which video card

Get 1GB PC3200 (I suggest 2GB but 1GB if your on a low budget)
Nvidia Geforce 6600 256mb

Really your motherboard should be fine as long as its got PCI-E slots, and it should have 4 slots for memory kits.

I don't understand. If you have that pc now then you need to get a pentium 4 compatible motherboard. That would pretty much require an AGP video card unless you get the ASrock board with both AGP and PCIexpress.

PCI and PCI Express are different. the cards u posted are PCI Express. also the mobo that u posted is for s939 AMD CPU's and u have an intel. so we can help u with what to buy, whats ur budget

You can't get a pci express card. The mobo's you picked out are for amd systems, but you have an intel machine. With that machine the best you can do is pci.

but it says it has a integrated memory so I was going to rip that out and instal a new one

like i know pci express is better then agp and so I am thinking now of going to ASrock board and getting pci-e which would work well and getting either the x700 or the x600 xt
