like i know pci express is better then agp and so I am thinking now of going to ASrock board and getting pci-e which would work well and getting either the x700 or the x600 xt

Get the ASrock and the X1600 XT if thats your options. The X700 is a dead end tech that doesn't even support SM 3.0.

all the motherboards u pick arnt the best and it doesnt have onboard memoray it the Video card built into the comp. i would sugest going to a conputor store and have them pick out the part and give them ur budget.
