Yep I'd have to agree, sorry man. Here are the specs on the motherboard of a S5100NX complete with a pic.

Looks like you're limited to upgrading to a PCI video card. Very few decent video cards come in PCI, but there is one I know of, a Geforce 6200.
Do a search for "6200 PCI" and you may find something, but they are sometimes hard to find. Note: you want "PCI" not "PCI-E" or "PCI Express".

both of them card will not work for BF2 since they are not supported by the game. And i don't think they ever will be for BF2 try a search for a PCI 5500, or 5200, maybe a 5700LE if you can find one.

Yeah I have to agree with SFR-MAINE.
Before I built my current system I was in a bind like you, I had a computer that was stuck in limbo with a straight PCI slot....I bought a Radeon 9250 without checking and 90% of the time BF2 wouldn't even load. When it did it was choppy, laggy, and then would eventually freeze up and hard-lock my system.

My advice would be to save up a few bucks, sell your current rig and build yourself a budget gaming machine that's PCI-E compliant. If you used eBay (which it seems like you do), and really searched I'm sure you could build yourself a rig for around $800

Trust me you're gonna want a good video card and at least a gig of RAM to feel the game's true power anyways.

I have a friend who built a computer for about 250-300$ it is not a super computer but has PCI-E 1GB of ram, a athlon 1800 40GB HD and a DVD burner, we just re-used his old monitor and keybord/mouse. he is planning on getting the 6200PCIE to play battlefield 2 since his onboard will not work.
