I agree that the AMD is better, but you can overclock both CPU's.

You shouldn't talk about OC-ing when comparing those CPU's. Since you will able to OC both of them, so the difference will remain the same. Anyway I would go for the AMD, it will perform better in games, just search for some benchmarks to prove that statement.

They are a bout 60% better per clock.
