Screens for Geforce 6800GS or x850?

anyone have any screens for eithor of those cards. i wanna upgrade pretty soon and i want to pick one of those. opinions for what i should get if not these two are welcome too with some comments as to why i should. i want one between $250-$350 and pci express x 16. thanks guys

7800GT or GTX if you can find one in your price range.

I have the X850XT PE and its great. I get good FPS but the new technology just blows it away. I will take some screens tomorrow when I play but its late and I work tomorrow.

get the ATI X1800XL has the AVIVO video encoding software, might be useful to you

for BF2 they're better, and he said he wanted it for video task's which the X1X series is good at

hope that helps. With one card and 1.5gb of ram, I played at max, and for better FPS I played at max with medium lighting and 2xAA, but both played fine. I have two cards now of course, but the quality is about the same, just the FPS stability is different.

Extremely true, best card for around 300 would the the gt, or a 6800gs for 100 bucks less.

I would get the 7800GT, or a 6800LE and Unlock the pipelines. overclock it to an ultra if you don't want to spend too much. Would only cost you 120$.

with a 3rd party cooler the x1800xl can overclock insanly probly 100mhz on core and 500mhz on memory

the 7800gt is still a good choice because its less expensive and still overclocks good its also the faster card at stock speeds

No you can't overclock to ultra speeds. The ultra had GDDR3, while the LE doesn't. You'll never get the LE's ram to the speed of the ultra.
