I did a google of your mobo and found some reviews. This comment was
about the mini-atx version of the mobo with 2 memory slots:

The Bottom Line: Very low on performance. The competitive pricing is
not worth the lower performance.

If your motherboard is the version with four memory slots then make shure
you are running in dual memory mode. Use Everest Home Edition to check
it. It's also a must to have some updated chipset drivers. You should find
out what the spec of your ram is. Since it's DDR2 it can be both CL3 and
CL4. When you know make shure the BIOS runs it at the proper timings.

well here's the problem, i dno why but i can't upgrade my BIOS...

(and not for the GFX card either cause the only BIOS upgrade from leadtek is the slightly over-clocked BIOS)

cause every time i try to upgrade it with Gigabyte's @BIOS,

it does download it, then it says it will change the part number cause i think intel provided this BIOS update, but the down the bottom it says:

"ERASE Error:Recovery BIOS Image....(waiting about ten second)
and then it just stays liek that and horribly lags the pc..

also, got 3DMark03 (score in signature) is that a good score for 3dmark03???

Not to annoy, if you have a PCI-E 7800GTX, return the P4 with the mobo and get an AMD64. Miracles happen.

Yeah, to be honest, an AMD processor would do you good. Just contact Leadtek if you can't download the update. But I think your Memor isn't running in dual mode. Probably has something to do with 4 banks being filled up.

Only if you have the money to spend, buy a:
AMD64 4000+ overclock it and get a sli motherboard with appropiate memory.

Reality sets in. You have this box and want the best out of it. No need to waste money. Tune your beast till it drops. Pm me, I will try to help you out, I've now tuned over 100 boxes for BF2 alone, just started my own company selling to peeps who want the best of the best. But I know that you can do better, just pm me.

yeeh well there's one of my problems, i don't have the money to go and buy that stuff...

also:

is 13150 a good score for 3D MArk 03???

and listen ppl i am happy to take any suggestions but keep in mind im stuck with what i have...

so that does limit our options somwhat...

but i think it may be the MOTHERBOARD BIOS, so i willl look on the internet to see how to fix that...

still taking suggestions...

GPU CLOCK 275mhz?!?!?!
MEMORY Effective clock = 1197mhz (REAL CLOCK!?!?! = 598mhz (DDR) )

is that right???

cause that's at the least, not what the GPU is meant to be at...

right well ignore the last post i did not realise the gpu changes speed for system/video games...

right well my guys, i just got it to 6500 because my massive CPU fan had so much dust in it the NO AIR was getting to 2 of the 4 heatpipes so it wasn't doing it's job but now it just shot up 700 just from that!!!

so now i ask you people, is 6500 good enough? i was thinking of a final goal of 7000... any suggestion???

A GTX should score in the high 7k's on 3Dmark 05. My old X800 XT PE on a P4 socket 478 system scored:

03: 14,050

05: 6346

Same card on an A64 @ 2.2Ghz

05: 6576

In Everest go to motherboard and then click on motherboard under that again. Look at the memory bus properties. It should say Dual DDR2 or something similar.

but on start-up the Mobo screen says "dual channel interleaved"

i take it it's turned on then???
