I screwed around on alienware.com and built a computer. Note i wouldnt buy alienware.

Mine would have to use parts that do not yet exisit, but are in production.

Crossfired x1900XTX --- maybe $1200, $1300?
Dual AMD Opteron 275 Dual-Core 2.2ghz --- $2140
Mobo (They don't make one with this config yet) --- $200, $400?
8gb Dual Channel Corsair XMS4000 DDR500 3-4-4-8 (many server style boards have 8gb) --- about $1800
4 Maxtor Diamondmax HDDs, linked in some RAID conifg or another --- $400

Those are the only parts I can think off of the top of my head. I may fill in the others later.

You would have to have 4 Power supplies just for those 4 cards. Also two desks for 4 monitors.
