      hey that worked, no more crackling when there is no sound, like the pause between changing songs, or a low time in a song, it would crackle, even when iw ould turn off anything that would make anysound, it would crackle, thanks for the tip

        My Right speaker started crackling ... i went behind the subwoofer and reconnected all the speakers ... worked fine after.

          i reconected all my speakers, muted line-in and CD and it still is crakling
