Overclock the Sempron 64. Then no one can complain about it.

What resolution do you use? Med settings on 1280x1024 is a lot different than Med settings on 800x600.

I'm gonna find some common ground and go with Med settings on 1024x768. With your specs, you should be getting 40-60 FPS with Med settings on that resolution.

And measure FPS, not Ping. Ping is WAY different. Get a program called FRAPS and run that, it'll tell you your FPS in-game.

There are programs that are online that you can use, my comp came with a program so I don't know where any of them are, but if you cant find any you could overclock in your bios.
