We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
I bought one 7800GT and I overclocked it. Runs BF2 on full settings wtih 4AA, with on average 100FPS. Also runs Hl2 at around 90 FPS and runs Loast Coast demo at around 90FPS as well. So for me one 7800GT is plenty.

Great info for me. :)
I'm playing with 25 Fraps Per Second and I always end up top #3.
So 60 Fraps Per Second with the X850XT PE would be more than enough for me.
The won't be obsolete for atleast 12 months.
I got 2 GTXs (256MB) for $450 a piece I think it was. And I'm pretty positive I'll be good for atleast 12-14 months.
And as for the life of the 7800GTX, I don't think its going to become "obsolete" for a number of years. Unreal Tournament 2007 comes out mid-'06 and a 7800GTX will definately have trouble running it maxed out. By then, GeForce 8 is supposed to be out. After that, will follow a flurry of games that will make current hardware go down on its knees. If thats what you consider "obsolete" then so be it. But if I had a 7800GTX, I'd be perfectly happy running UT2K7 on less than max settings (Med settings, 1280x1024?).
Thats also one of the reasons that PC gaming will eventually fade out. When you can buy an Xbox 360 for $400 and play any game out there (and trust me, all the good games will come out for it) at max settings for 2 years and never have to upgrade it even once, thats a damn nice deal. You'll see a lot of PC games go over to console in the future.
Supposedly games are starting to make better use of dual gfx systems, so i suspect having two graphics cards will last quite some time. And as code specially made for dual gfx card systems is used in games, the efficiency of using two graphics cards will increase dramatically.
