I dindt do any artifact scan
Never saw any artifact or glitches

Like i said i that DOT function came with the cards own drivers
I dindt think it would count as a "real" OC since i never manualy adjusted the core and stuff.
It was even printed on the box as a save way to boost performance.
But i guess it was stupid to use that option without any knowledge of oc-ing ..sure hope it isnt the cause of my problems

I still think its a production error.
Cause i'fe read a few storys of people with the same card acting up after a couple of months
Besides i was running drivers from the Nvidia site at the time it happend wich dondt have DOT like the MSI drivers.

I just got of the phone with the store it seems that a lot of people had the same problem.[it seems there is a problem with the mem. on these cards]

Im going to drop the card of tommorrow and they are going to test it for defects.
They seemed very nice and he told me not to worry
If it is broken [and i know it is]they whill iether replace it or get me a simmulair card..

Sure hope this thing works out for the best

Where did you buy the card? Since you just bought it they should be a good business and replace for free with an equivalent or charge you a few extra for the next model.

From what i hear there shouldend be any problem with iether returning the card or getting it replaced
My friends buy all there stuff there and they say it has good service

And im hoping for that last option in wich they will charge me a few extra so i can get the 7800 wich now is about the same price.

I had some driver problems before and every once in a while it looked as if my videocard was on acid. It wasn't broken though, try a different driver.

sorry I had just woken up. I didn't mean to make it sound like 66/33 to 77/44 was more "juice". That's frequency in Hz, not power in volts. Basically you can overclock the slots themselves but I can't imagine why you'd do that. I'm still pretty new to OC though...

It should always be at 66 or 67. AGP voltage should't be changed either.

Does this happen immediately or after a few minutes of playing? Make sure that your GPU core isn't getting too hot(Over 80C would be "too hot" normally on stock cooling). Also check to see if your fan is spinning correctly.

Ok im soooo lost right now
I went to the store and they took back my card no questions asked and they gave me a x850 xt platinum
So i was all excited but when i got home and tride the card i got the EXACT same misstakes.


I'm going grazy here..
What is wrong? i reinstalled windows new drivers u name it

Any help would be apriciated

I just tested Farcry ,Quake,World racing and i ran 3dmark03 [score 11758] everything looks fine.
But bf2 still looks the same.. lots of mistakes in the lighting
No matter what setting i use high medium low it makes no difference the only way to get rid of those black textures is to turn lighting off [wich looks like crap]plus i get flikkering textures now
I am using catalyst 5.10

Reinstall BF2.

I have no idea, try the catalyst 5.6 drivers.
