If your 14 you should go get a job, any job. Part time mornings or night, whatever. Im sick of hearing kids complain they have no money, and they are out of high school and still live at home. If you get a job at an early age and work your ass off, when it comes time to get a GOOD job, you will be hired over someone who has never had a job. Plus the extra money is great. Please dont be one of those guys that gets a job and doesn't give a rats ass about it for 2 weeks and never shows up again. Your just wasting everyone's time, including your own.

Parents paid for this computer (which is now way past it's use by date ) and i'm getting a new one for christmas. I'm 13 but there's no way I can get a job, i've been rooting around every newspaper for one but there's none in my area and i'm not walking across town to deliver papers. Nothing else in my area to do, and it's not like USA here in the UK where you can mow peoples lawns or something, people would think you were crazy.

Like i said, nfuriate, mow lawns and shovel snow... also if you can ask them for other things to, like my for my next door neighor i pulled roots and trimmed down over grown bushes, placed bricks, and carried things when (she) needed help.

Yea i'm looking into a job at donatos, seems easy and part time pay isn't bad at all (for me). Don't know what i could do there though.

Put it up on craigslist.com.....they have a craigslist for most areas around the country. I put it up on there and got a few emails about it, but I ended up selling it to my roommate.
Look around you....see anyone without a computer....or a decent one? Pitch it to them!

Whenever I buy a brand new computer, I sell the old parts I'm not going to use anymore to a friend who needs them for half the price of a new one at that time.

For the rest of the cost, I do web designing, and that pays very nicely if you can find yourself some good employers.
