It's a type of memory module "IC" made by samsung. They reach very high speeds with low timings while using low voltage. The Brainpower PCB "6 layer" enhances the overclockability. Most of the top companies use this combination for thier high quality ram.

Is OCZ the only company that uses this ram? If not (most likely), what other companies use TCCD modules?

Again, srry for double post ( iknow where the edit button is), but the reason i picked theCrucial Ballistix as the only PC3200 competitor is because of this: http://www.anandtech.com/memory/showdoc.aspx?i=2145
Look at the page with Athlon 64 tests, it says the Crucial Ballistix is very good. ANd also it says all the other rams are using Samsung TCCD modules.

Almost every good high end company use TCCD on one of their products or more. If you read reviews from Newegg for the product it will usually tell you if the ram contains TCCD. The G.skills imo are the best ones out.

Yup, G.Skill > All. I think someone got the G.Skill to 345Mhz.

They're also the most expensive with some of them at $200/1GB.
