I'm not a fanboy, and actually plan on buying the 7800 GTX 512.

I have owned both Nvidia and ATI cards. I would probably guess most of you only have used one brand and are fanboys yourselves.

After reading the reviews a few of you should put your foot in your mouths. The GTX 512 does not crush anything, and actually I was expecting more from this card. It is the top dog, but not by as much as I had hoped.

N00b question here: The alternative Ultra High doesnt exist for me. I have a 6800 and soome crappy 15 inch monitor. So the question is, Why doesent ultra high exist for me or am i missing something?

You have to edit one of the video files, but I forget which one. It doesn't really matter, because there is no difference between high and ultra high.

At driverheaven it shows that ATi's card is the best in most games when playing 1280x1024. is that true??

You have to edit it for each profile number you use. (0001, 0002, 0003, etc.)

Replace the 3's with 4's.

Nope, it does the same thing as setting it to 4 does, which is the same as 3.
