Yeah...If he had to add an aftermarket cooler for that card, chances are that he overclocked it. Myself, I would never buy a video card from ebay, but that's just me. The card may be fine, even if it has been overclocked.
Also, about the DDR thing, maybe he just forgot to mention it was DDR3 and just wrote DDR? I'm not even sure nVidia produced at all any DDR1 6800 Ultras, I though they all had GDDR3. You could ask him, maybe it's just a mistake; after all, he wrote ¨GeForce FX 6800 Ultra¨ in the product details...it's not like he knows what he's talking about.
