nvm, i found out on gateway.com that its a heatsink, how come i never see any heatsinks like that on any other cards?

Yeah...If he had to add an aftermarket cooler for that card, chances are that he overclocked it. Myself, I would never buy a video card from ebay, but that's just me. The card may be fine, even if it has been overclocked.

Also, about the DDR thing, maybe he just forgot to mention it was DDR3 and just wrote DDR? I'm not even sure nVidia produced at all any DDR1 6800 Ultras, I though they all had GDDR3. You could ask him, maybe it's just a mistake; after all, he wrote ¨GeForce FX 6800 Ultra¨ in the product details...it's not like he knows what he's talking about.

The heatsink looks very similar to my Arctic Silver 64 sittin on my cpu , but I would have to agree with most peeps about buying Hardware from Ebay .

its ddr1 for sure he linked me to the specifications page on a website which said ddr1


i think his card wasnt intended for gaming more video editing etc
