No....you'll be fine. I have an Antec 550 watt PSU, and not as many components as you. usually people make the mistake of under powering their computer. That can cause problems. But never such a thing as too much power.

Why did you go with a IDE?? SATA is loads faster and there is no price hit??! Not only that but the hard drive is the slowest piece of hardware in your pc, you need it to be quick, it really speeds up your system. Send back the IDE and get yourself a SATA, or 2 if you want real speed as a RAID... (for the money, no scsi quips... :P) You have a great setup there, but you'll be sucking your data through a straw and sending it round the pc in a tunnel!!
