    I messed around with this last night, taking some "scientific" screenies for my own reference (using 800x600 to accentuate the pixelation). It certainly makes a difference on fences, grass, trees etc. It looks like makes only a minor difference in FPS (around 10% or less).

    I run 1600x1200@120Hz (but with lowered detail settings) on my 9800XT, so it's not something I'll be actually using in game. It was really just an experiment for my own education - it was certainly interesting to see it running on a "older" model graphics card.

    I can post the screenies if anyone really wants to see them, but I would recommend trying it out for yourself, as the best part is the improvement on the swaying trees and grass.
