    ATI and adaptive AA (RADEON 9800 series and up)

    technology,hardware,graphics,motherboard,reviews,gaming,video games,pc games,analysis,modding,case mod,news,headlines

    check it out. worked for me the grass, fences etc. all look way better in a lot of games with this enabled.

      That's awesome...but isn't that the same as Supersampling Trasparency Antialiasing on my 7800 GTX?

          yes it is, it was supposed to be released with the X1800 series (the 5.9s are the driver it ships with) but people found a way to unlock it on the older cards

                i took some pictures of it quickly in HL2 , when i played CS:S with it later the FPS was very very close maybe 2-4 fps variation from without and you could see the image quality increase

                  For a test to be scientifically fair you would have to reproduce the exact same variables in all samples of the test, in this case it means taking a screenshot of the exact same location and looking in the exact same direction.
