    lol@all the jealous kids
I went from a 3500+ Newcastle, MSI K8T800 Neo-FIR, and 2X512MB Corsair XMS to a 4400+, MSI K8T Neo Plat, and 2X1gig Crucial Ballistix. Until I get another part for my watercooling, I'm just using the stock HSF and have it clocked to 10X240. Even with the 3500+ clocked to 2.4, I couldn't get the smoothness I have now. I haven't lagged one time today. I bought my X2 for me, not because I'm trying to impress anybody. It's perfect not having to shutdown every single process in the background when I play. It doesn't matter what is running, the game is smooth.

I'm real hesitant about chiming in here, but......The only oddity I see is: if it's for "fun" why mark up by $500? I don't charge a bloody cent for any of my builds.

Yeah, precisely, the client coulda just looked at a comp building manuel for 1 hour and knew how to make a computer. And why the hell are you giving the client your current X2 processor, that's used, at least u coulda refurbed it, yu're rippiing him off by like 750 bucks openheimer.

You don't know how badly I want to post the "Look at me, I'm an attention whore" picture right now.

Your initial post was nothing more then a brag to a bunch of people who could honestly care less about your computer. Because your e-penis, doesn't translate to real life penile size (unfortunate for some people around here, because they need it). Your offered no help what so ever to anyone. It was only later in the thread that you offered help.

And I doubt that local PC shops refer people to you, unless you live in Bum****, Iowa or something, then I could see it. But coming from a big city, I will tell you that local PC shops here will get you any machine you desire....for a price of course. Why would they give away such a profit? It makes no sense, unless of course they are complete morons.

Secondly, I too build computer for fun, but then agian I don't go around posting crap like your first post. I offer my help to anyone whom ever needs it. There is a difference between offering humble help, and being a boastful jackass about it.

My thoughts are known. I can leave now.

              Have a good day.
