    It's just the display driver i need is'nt it not the Control Panel or the CATALYST Control Center.

                plays half life 2, doom 3 no prob.
                I had the same problem with my 9500, but it only did this at high resolutions...try running the game at 800*600 and see what happens.

                    this has happend to me a few times but it has stopped now, dont know what caused it. it was also with a 9800pro
