A new mobo won't really give you a boost unless you plan on overclocking. And you'll need to know if you have PCI-e or AGP.

well if I OC to 3.4 and OC my gfx card, and maybe my ram would that help alot

Look its not worth the money, your just trying to upgrade everything you have, thats not the way to do it, if you want to upgrade i suggest you save up, get a new mobo along with a new dual core cpu and your 7800gt, then your set.

well i dont think the 7800gtx is gunna happen after ur guys answeres but I think I am gunna stick with the new case and mobo, maybe I will over clock too. also maybe I will pick up the same kind of ram too, Thanks!

Well i new mobo will make a difference but not that much, also i assume since you say your getting a new case you plan to take all the parts from your dell and put them in the new case. If the new case you get is big, and open that will help with cooling and better performance but you shoudn't have to overclock, i have a P4 3.0 and im not lagging.

if you have a gig of dell ram and a gig of corsair xms ram I would just take the dell ram out and be done with it. you dont need 2 gigs of ram to play this game, in fact 1 gig is more than enough...especially if its nice ram like that.
