Crossfired X1900 XT's get around 9k running stock with that same processor at 3Ghz. I'm waiting for some overclocked results.

Nope, won't be here until Monday. It's shipping from Cali to VA. I expected it to come from NJ or TN warehouse which only takes two days.

I was using an ATI X850 XT which I just shipped out Friday so I'm not using my Opty PC right now. Im currently using my P4 with an X850 XT AGP rig until it comes in.

I got my scores on a non-Oc'ed CPU, Non-OC'ed memory and factory OC'ed GPU's (XfX!)
Oc'ing is silly in my opinion, why spend all this loot on nice components and then risk burning them up. The only thing I ever OC'ed was a Smelleron 400mhz. Someone gave me an old PC I had made for them a year ealier, I oc'ed the sh*t out of tjhe memory and CPU, thankfully it burned up. A fitting demise for an Intel product.

people OC because you can pay less money for better performance. The only difference between getting an AMD athlon 3200+ and OCing to 2.2ghz and buying a 3700+ at stock settings is how hot it runs. The 3700+ will run somewhat cooler. But damn you, I OCed my CPU AND my GPU's (not as high as yours but still somewhat high) and you beat me.
My 6800gs's were at stock settings 425/1000 and yours came OCed from the factory. The good thing I see about factory OC's is that it runs cooler, just like the CPU OC comparison. SO you get better temps in SLi with your factory OCed cards, and they are XFX and I heard those cards perform really really nicely at 485/1100. I should have gotten those :p

I'm predicting I'll break 6k with a single card.

Well the X1900XTX has arrived. I'm having issues with getting the beta ATI tray tools to work right now, so I settled for the CCC overdrive limits. In CCC the overclocks are limited to 690mhz core and 1600mhz memory, which is what I set it at to run 3Dmark 06. Specs the test was run at below:

Opteron 170 @ 2.8Ghz
2x1Gb @ DDR 510mhz (2.5-3-2-6)
X1900 XTX @ 690mhz/1600mhz

3Dmark06: 6013

SM2.0: 2402

HDR/SM3.0: 2564

CPU score: 2043

I'll update with further results once I top out my overclock.
