wow i got

and a CPU score of 945

it is time to go SLI.

my 6600GT had a hard time with this i never got over 10FPS in any game test.

Is your's a dual core? Finally a benchmark at a resolution thats not bottlenecked by the CPU when using SLI configurations.

OMG the 06 version is really demandin. Even on my rig, some of the tests(outside of the CPU tests) appeared like semi slide show. I got 12,872 on my last score on 05 version test. On 06 I posted 7,868. This is truly disheartening to realize that my rig is already obsolete - hence Moore's Law.

I'm not spending another dime on the machine! :laugh:

The new test is run at 1280x1024 which is more true to actual gaming resolutions. This is a true test of a card and the other components have little influence I would imagine.

it's not a low score lol :P it's just your processor bottlenecking but you wont notice it in games or anything dont worry...

No something is misconfidured with his computer, it has nothing to do with bottlenecking of any kind. People with slower CPUs are scoring higher than him, with non-sli cards.

I agree. Maybe he has AA and AF enabled in video settings.

Don't think this has anything to do with real games though, no one needs to upgrade their 7800GTs yet. This is simply the best that this generation of hardware and graphics designers can produce, its nowhere near what games will be. Your 7800GT/Xs are safe for high settings for atleast another year.
