I can bet my left nut that it will sell like buttertoast on a Weigthwatcher-convention.
    lmao.
I have Audigy 2 ZS and the bullets whiz by my head and i hear the echoes and its great, i even have jumped twice when playing. However the cmdss wouldn't make a differance on headphones that weren't surround sound enabled would it?

CMSS makes it so that your stereo headphones, earphones, etc, sound like they are 3d. Think a fully calibrated 5.1 setup around your head.

So Basically if you go to a LAN party or have multiple computers in your house this doesnt really work.
Can you diferentiate between the Lan protocols and Internet protocols for me please ?
How can these differ, its either going to use TCP and or UDP for broadcasting along with the usual network game code that is already sent up and downstream.
If this feature utilises VOIP transmission protocols, there shouldnt be any reason why it wouldn't work at a lan or between a few pcs. Providing a VOIP server is established also, if thats the transmission type required for this voice feature.
Understandable if it were a Internet bandwidth limitation, but LAN? i highly doubt.
So anyone that has an EAX HD 4 capable Sound solution should be able to use this Voice feature of creatives?, even my Audigy 1 was able to run with a HD driver, hence should also support this new tech.

          Cheers
